The Commonwealth Solar II Rebate Program in Massachusetts is set to start Block 5 reservations on Friday, Jan. 14, at 3 p.m. EST, with reduced rebate amounts. The funding consists of $1 million that will be available until it runs out or the end of the first quarter of 2011.
